Morning Companion started with a simple daily text to a neighbor living alone. I didn’t realize how much it would mean, she began to look forward to those messages, and it filled my heart to know something so small could make such a difference.
At the same time, I was sending daily movement and accountability texts to my personal training clients. When I invited her to join, it became something more, a reminder of how powerful simple connection can be.
I love connecting with people and finding joy in the everyday. Morning Companion is my way of sharing that, offering a little encouragement, consistency, and care, one message at a time.
